Carolyn Kurowski: Founding Member

It is through Carolyn’s love of others that Hands Across Nations came to existence after a missionary trip to Uganda. She returned with a fervor and passion to help those who have been ravaged by the 18 year civil war, and seeing the atrocities that are happening especially to children. Carolyn travels to Uganda several times a year providing medical supplies, funding for water spring projects, scholarships for schooling, and her talent in physical therapy to meet needs that often go unnoticed and unserved on a consistent basis. She just completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University, and provides therapy for home-bound patients in rural N.E. Washington.
